3. What is your return policy?

5. Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, the order may already be processed and we may not be able to make changes.
6. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please take a photo of the damaged item and email us at multidesiressofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
7. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
